This central organizational role is the reponsability of the Architect.
Porto Architects has large combined experience in organizing large complex, teams, and dealing with all tdata from all disciplines resultaing from the design process.
The result is twofold. The client doesn´t need to handle multiple contracts, just one with Porto Architects. We, in turn, hold the sub-consultant contracts, so the client need not to deal and manage all disciplines. Second of all, we are responsable for interdisciplinary coordination. We follow an integrated design process, which results in decisions being made in a timely manner, and using all the relevant data at any point of the process.
